You need to install WinPCAP in order to use this tool. (see downloads section)
ICQTools is a utility that was initially developed for Trillian users, so that
they may see who is reading their away-messages...
After many alpha-releases it now should work with ICQ5 (and probably other ICQ Versions),
but this is not very well tested...
